EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT

GRANT OF LICENSE, MSK grants you the right to use as many copies of AutoSync (the "SOFTWARE") on any number computers, subject to the following:

1. The SOFTWARE must be distributed complete; ie. The SOFTWARE must not be distributed in part, in any way.
2. The SOFTWARE is credited to the rightful copyright holder, which is MSK.
3. You do not charge any fees for the SOFTWARE with the exception of delivery charges. The SOFTWARE is FREEWARE, therefore it is FREE to all users.

COPYRIGHT, The SOFTWARE is owned by MSK. You must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording) except that you may either:
Freely distribute the SOFTWARE, subject to the GRANT OF LICENSE as detailed above.
You may not copy any written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE, even if it is digitally produced/presented.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS, you may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE. You may transfer the SOFTWARE and accompanying written materials only if the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE.
LIMITED WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY - MSK warrants that the original disks are free from defects for 90 days from the date of delivery of the SOFTWARE.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES - MSK's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be at MSK's opinion. Any replacement of the SOFTWARE will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is greater.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES - MSK's disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied. Including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the SOFTWARE and the accompanying written material. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and does not affect your statutory rights.

NO LIABLILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES - In no event shall MSK or its suppliers be liable for any damage whatsoever (including; without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use, misuse of or inability to use the SOFTWARE.
